Call Centre - The first thing comes to your mind is night shifts , high paying jobs. People in India have this weird mentality for the employees of call center. They have this strange attitude " Oh its a call center '',( as if you enjoy a drink in a bar ) wherein, when they come across any professionals who has a certain kind of degree they believe someone has come from Mars. Strange but true...as a matter of fact many of them still don't know what a call center is and they keep judging the capability. Whatever they think ( Kuch to log kahenge ,logo ka kaam hai kehna )
Its been 3 years that I have been working in this company. I could comfortably say that there is a huge difference in the attitude and confidence. Honestly , I have heard people saying what's your career in a call center ??? I mean.. I retaliate by asking them what's your definition of career then ???
This industry has been successfully able to prosper over the last 20 years almost...and there are people who may have not made a fortune ,but atleast the standard of living has changed ( like any other job ) And of course, you will have a people who still struggle and have nothing but to criticise..
